✨Keep your vibration high: your goal is to emit unconditional love because the frequency of love can transmute negativity. When individuals raise their consciousness the world transforms. If you get angry, turn on soothing or spiritual music. This can help to transform your energy,
✨Eat whole foods and Drink Pure Water (add a dash of sea salt to heighten your hydration)
✨Pray Daily for Global Peace.
✨Shield up in prayers of gratitude, abundance and protection daily. This will help raise your consciousness, create inner peace , personal strength and shield you.
✨Prepare your family, your home, your pantry. Check with your Grandparents that have lived through a World War with shortages. They did it and you can too.
✨Have cash, credit, cryptocurrency and updated passports at your disposal.
✨Don’t allow yourself to get too engrossed in the negativity of the local news and world news. Be informed – then turn it off.
✨Meditate daily; you have at least 20 minutes to devote to inner tranquility and opening yourself up to direction from your unseen support team.
✨Help those that you are drawn to help. Always speak words of encouragement.
✨Lay low, create a nurturing, loving environment at home.
