INSTAGRAM is full of scammers cloning accounts and trying to STEAL your Money.
Here's what is happening:
Message: I was following who I thought was Michellewhite.dove on Instagram.
This individual has a photo of Michelle Whitedove and approached me for a reading to be done via FaceTime. After I paid the $100 for the mini reading by PayPal I was told the internet connection was bad and then got a texted tarot card reading. After this I was told I have a spell and hex and needed to pay $185 for materials to do a cleanse and spell breaking procedure. At this point I knew I was “had” and asked for my refund. I was told by this individual that I was provided a reading and will get nothing back. She even referred to herself as Medium Michelle Whitedove and said she doesn’t look kindly on this and will put a spell on me herself. I’ve messaged Instagram and told them she’s impersonating a celebrity… I’m assuming it’s a she and contacted PayPal. PayPal just got back to me and told me they will not reverse the charge. Anyhow $100 isn’t a huge loss but I’m really pissed this happened and someone is using MWD photo and name to dupe people.
I’ve always admired MWD since seeing her on TV 15 years ago. Anyhow…. I consider myself a reasonably cautious person and this one got me. Also after I blocked the account I got a strange follow from a tarot reader with a persons face who I believe is the crook.
